The ABSF Accounts Assistant Program covers a range of topics highlighting important procedures at the office, with a focus on knowledge and skills for Accounts Assistant at the entry level. Accounts Assistants use their organizational, administrative, and decision-making skills to contribute positively to the work environment. Hence, the emphasis is placed on the practical application of office management skills required to ensure that an office runs effectively and efficiently.
The ABSF Domestic BPO Program in collaboration with RuralShores course enables learners to learn the key skills required for a fruitful career in the BPO industry. Learners are provided skills in the areas of communication, customer service, improving voice quality, domestic voice work orientation, etc. They will be skilled to receive and make telephone calls which are primarily scripted, basic and routine with the assistance of a computerised system. They will be able to answer inquiries, resolve problems, record complaints and/or receive feedback.
